Operations Manager

Position Summary:
The Operations Manager will be the primary staff contact for facilities and operational functions of PAC.
This position reports to the Executive Director.
This is a part-time exempt position of 20 hours/week, with paid time through our PTO system. Some evening and weekend hours required. Salary is $30,000 per year.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations
Serve as the the primary staff contacts on-site during open hours, opening and closing the building
Function as staff liaison for all facilities needs including alarm, janitorial, maintenance, supplies, phone and internet, signage
Serve as liaison to contact employees
Maintain inventory of office supplies and maintain storage.
Maintain records: contracts, local, state and federal required forms
Prepare financial documents for bookkeeper including Square and Stripe reports, credit card statement, check requests, assigning account number to payables and receivables
Manage cash and bank deposits
Programs and events
Set-up and tear-down for lectures, classes and other programs
Set-up, tear-down and refreshments for opening receptions and other events
Work with Volunteer and Visitor Services Manager to staff events with volunteers
Exhibitions
Coordinate shipping, drop of and pick up of art
Work with contract installer to ensure needs and supplies for exhibitions are met
Order banners and postcards according to exhibition schedules.
Manage and track art sales
General
Perform general administrative and office management duties
Support Executive Director as needed
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required:
Experience with cash management and accounts payable and receivable
Ability to organize and execute events
Familiar with database management
Preferred:
Experience in gallery or museum settings
